Our typical turnaround is 3 weeks, but we will ensure your order is fulfilled before your specified delivery date. Please let us know if you have a hard deadline.

Our minimum for leavers gear is 20pcs per order.

You can only have one garment style per design. This is to ensure a smooth process and hassle-free pricing. You can create different products with different artworks and therefore a seperate garment style, but bear in mind pricing is cheaper if you order more of one product.

We offer screen print, embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, Supacolour and jacquard. These can come in multiple sizes, colours and artworks.

Yes, you can borrow size samples free of charge. Just let us know what style and we can send a size range to your school. We’ll also include a return label to ship the garments back once you’re finished with them.

Yes! We offer 10% off dougs.co.nz for every student. The 10% off dougs.co.nz is not for your leavers item, but is valid for 12 months and can be redeemed in our online store. Each student will receive a unique code upon delivery of their leavers item.

Yes, all orders come with free shipping nationwide.

Final price will depend on your final order — if you order more than initially quoted, then we will decrease your price per unit. If you order less, we will need to price higher. We will show you different price breaks during quoting.

Being customised garments, we cannot accept any returns. Before production we will extensively proof your garment(s) and ensure you approve all colours, garments, size breakdown, spelling, artwork and more.
