  • Lead time

    Our typical lead time is 3-8 weeks and will vary based on quantity and service

  • International clients

    Yes! We take international clients and will bill in NZD, AUD or USD depending on your region

  • Freight

    Goods are shipped from New Zealand. Shipping rates are variable. Non NZ and AU freight is quoted case-by-case. If applicable, receiver pays duties & taxes, please check your local tax laws

  • Workroom visits

    Meetings by appointment only

  • Filming the process

    Sorry, we don’t allow filming or photographing the production process

  • Sourcing Garments

    If printing locally, we can supply AS Colour, Gildan and more. Contact us to see our full catalogue

  • Supplied Garments

    To keep our systems running as smooth as possible, we prefer to supply garments. You can supply your own garments — but bear in mind there is no guarantee and we may charge a handling fee (to count and re-organise stock). We can’t replace or repair if a garment gets damaged. See our policy below.

    There is no guarantee for supplied garments. We can’t replace garments that we don’t supply. In the event of a malfunction, supplied garments cannot be replaced or refunded. Efforts in good-faith will be made to repair where possible.

    50% deposit, balance on completion

  • Artwork files

    Vector files preferred; otherwise highest quality

  • Size breakdown

    Depending on your demographic, our recommendation might be:
    XS 8%, S 15%, M 28%, L 29%, XL 15%, 2XL 4%, 3XL 1%

    Colours
    Screen print: up to 4 colours
    Embroidery: up to 9 colour

    Placements
    T-shirt; left breast, centre front, centre back or sleeve
    Tote; top centre, centre front or centre back

  • 02 Colours

    Colour swatches are indicative only, colour tone may vary in bulk. Various devices can represent colours differently. We greatly encourage viewing physical swatches at our Auckland workroom

  • 02 Packaging

    100% plastic free. Arrives neatly bundled and packaged in water resistant, tear resistant glassine paper bags. Curbside recyclable with paper or can be composted. FSC certified paper with no silicon, poly additives or coatings
