Delivery and Returns

Delivery

For stock items, we aim to pack and ship items within 24 hours, though may take up to 3 working days. 

All New Zealand orders are typically delivered overnight or within 1-3 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.  International orders are sent via DHL and typically have a target of 2-10 working days.

Personalised orders

For personalised orders, please allow 5 working days to complete your order. Note busy periods may effect production time. Please see our FAQs.

FAQs 

Returns

Items in original condition may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
