How is it priced?
Embroidery is priced by size and stitch count. A typical left breast design is 60-90mmW and is size Small.
EMBROIDERY Thread
To maintain integrity, all embroidery is done with the highest quality rayon thread — a thread made from wood pulp or cotton.
Even though a high level of production is needed during manufacturing, it's vastly better than virgin polyester.
PANTONE® MATCH (OPTIONAL)
This is buying in new thread for the best Pantone® match possible. Pantone® colours must be matched to Solid Coated (C).

What is 3D Puff?
3D puff embroidery is raised embroidery — created with high density foam beneath the thread.
It is ideal for basic single colour designs on caps.

SCREEN PRINT
How is it Priced?
Screen print is priced by colour. For complex designs with gradients or 6+ colours, Supacolour is recommended.
How big can you print?
The max print size is 340mmW x 440mmH, though the smallest garment will often determine the print size.

Pantone® matching is required for all prints. Pantone® colours must be matched to Solid Coated (C).

What is Supacolour?
Supacolour is not vinyl. Supacolour is a water-based ink transfer that allows complex colours and gradients to be shown.
It's also great for creating cost-effective promotional items.

For garments with neck binding, a centre fold label is recommended. If it doesn't have neck binding, a straight cut label is recommended.

Relabelling is priced by label and placement. Typical labels are centre fold and in the neck binding.

Relabelling can add 2-5 working days to your order.
