The guidelines include: freely chosen employment, freedom of association, business ethics, health and safety, free from child and forced labour, fair renumeration and fair working hours.

ISO 14001:2015® — ISO 14001:2015® is a basic environmental management certification to assess current environmental performance, and enhance future performance.

Screen Print Ink — screen printing inks are certified with Oeko-Tex 100®.

Embroidery Thread — all embroidery thread and screen printing inks are certified with Oeko-Tex 100®. Oeko-Tex 100® is considered one of the most important seals of approval for textiles. It verifies all components are non-toxic and therefore harmless to human health.

Accessories — Doug's™ labels, size pips, hang tags and custom equivalents are certified with Oeko-Tex 100® and by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®).

Packaging — orders are shipped in cardboard boxes or mailers made from limestone waste.

Our supplier's manufacturing facility (process PR0016) is certified to GOTS®, GRS®, RCS® Blended and OCS® Blended. Due to the nature of these certifications, we're working towards being certififed ourselves.
